My 3 phase to build a website
Research and Interview
I'll meet up with clients, users, to understand their needs and expectations. Study competitors and similar websites in the market to understand industry standards and best practices.
Development & Progress Update
Once we agree on the plan, I'll list all the features and functionalities required for the website.Then determine the types of content the website will need (such as text, images, videos, etc.).After that, I 'll do wireframes and design prototypes, for User Testing.Then I will do Technology Selection(like front-end framework selection, cloud plaform selection, and Timeline for project.And Risk Mitigation Strategies.)
Development & Launch
Based on above works, I will start to develope the project.And Conduct review meetings to assess progress, discuss any issues, and make necessary adjustments.Once the project is ready, it's happy time to deploy and publish!But don't forget, I 'll provide debug or review after product is on-line.
